As a courtesy, you must give a 24 hour notice for cancellations and rebooking. If you do not allow a 24 hour notice before cancelling/rebooking a fee of 20% of your booked service price will be charged to your card. This amount will not go towards your final service total. No call no shows will result in 50% of your service being charged to your card as well as being banned from online booking.
